elements and overlay

1. Is there any option to import elements or overlay to movie maker 2018, to add a logo to the whole movie on the left low side. If yes, how can we do it.

2. Is there any option to cut the frame on both sides without distorting the picture.

1. Please import your logo to media resource.
2. Drag the logo file to timeline overlay track.
3. Adjust your logo size.

2.question:
You can select video and click "cut" button on the middle tool bar.
